Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 2 sticks of real butter
  • 1 cup of firmly-packed organic brown cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup of organic cane sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tea spoon of real vanilla
  • 11/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tea spoon of baking soda
  • 1 tea spoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 sea spoon of sea salt
  • 3 cups of organic old fashioned oats (uncooked)
  • 1 cup of organic dark chocolate chip morsels


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Soften butter; beat butter together with sugar in a large mixing bowl until content becomes creamy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla to butter-sugar mixture; beat well.
  4. In another large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
  5. Pour flour mix into butter-sugar-eggs-vanilla mix from the first mixing bowl; mix well.
  6. Stir in organic oats and dark chocolate morsels, and mix well.
  7. Using an ice-cream scoop or spoon, scoop cookie mix onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until cookies are golden on the outside.
  9. Cool for 1 minute on cookie sheet.
